[Sdnp] IDL type discussion

	One of the open issues from the bar BOF and one which is being discussed offline is the pros and cons of different IDLs that are used as part of the "north bound" API in the SDN architecture. I'd like to solicit feedback from folks on the list as to the pros/cons of various options such as THRIFT, etc…  Also, another related issue is do we choose one or more than one?
